  • Triple Crown 100w w/power-soaks

I wonder where in the circuit these soaks are? Is it more-less another volume between the pre and power, or is it post-power-amp like a hotplate?

The power soak is post power amp.

Is it the same as the Royal Atlantic's power soaks?

I believe so, from their description.

I played a TC-50 a couple of weeks ago in Seattle. I liked the tones, but it is not something I need at the moment. The combo reminds me a lot of the Stiletto Ace 112. I really luked the clean channel of that amp. The 100-watter must be a beast.

When you've had budget guitars for a number of years, you may find that your old instrument is holding you back. A quality guitar can inspire you to write great songs, improve your understanding of the Gdim chord while in the Lydian Mode, cure the heartbreak of cystic acne--and help you find true love in the process.
