  • NAD Mesa Boogie DC2

I was looking for a Mesa Boogie under 600$, and I found this! Keep in mind, Canadian money!

It's from 1999, it's got 2 chanels and a contour channel, effect loops with mix, speaker defeat for headphones and variable master (master of each channel with gain,, and then a master over that).

I also got a MIJ Boss EQ 7 with the deal.

    I'm finally in gear heaven.

Wow, nice score for sub $600!

How do you like the tones out of it? Does the contour scoop out the mids a bit and make it bite harder?

That's a great little amp! I always forget to list this one as a favorite. I have the DC-3, a little more power and the Graphic EQ, but the -2 does well without them as a studio/practice/club amp.

            Enjoy!

When you've had budget guitars for a number of years, you may find that your old instrument is holding you back. A quality guitar can inspire you to write great songs, improve your understanding of the Gdim chord while in the Lydian Mode, cure the heartbreak of cystic acne--and help you find true love in the process.
