  • Did Clapton use a Soldano on the Rush Soundtrack?

    Was talking to my mate and he mentioned that he'd heard that Clapton used a Soldano for his lead work on the Rush soundtrack. Any truth to that?

    His tone is freakin' godly on it - especially when he opens up on Preludin Fugue. Clean but some real backbone grit to it...

    Rush came out in 91- right in his big Soldano timeperiod!
