Got a feeling I'll be getting that soon. I've been home from work for a month now with two steroid injections into a herniated disc in my neck. What the hell happens to us after 40 Scott????

Rotator cuff surgery last week.

Oh that does suck! The weight lifters at work do that,as does some of the older guys in my job....Yeah that's painful I know Scott....Well...Get to feeling better buddy....

Had my first day of Physical Therapy today. It hurt like hell, but they tell me it gets better. I should be soldering again the day after Christmas.
