Combo or head+cab, does it matter?

One amp, no pedals. One tone, the amp can have 50 channels but you are using it for one tone. Your favorite tone. Straight amp, pick one.

If it is would be a Marshall JCM 900 MK III Dual Master Volume head.

Of everything I have ever owned or played so far it would have to be a 100 watt PRS Archon. Solid usable cleans and that fluid expressive crunch side is just SO addictive. Owned my 50 just over a year now and it still blows me away every time I play through it.

I love the sound of plexis but a master volume gives me more versatility.

Does a footswitch count as a pedal?

Make that a Twin Jet instead of a Rev Green/Blue and I concur.

Based on the tone from the UAD plugin, I'd have to go with a Suhr SE-100.

Which is a hot-rodded Marshall Plexi tone (Doug Aldrich type).
That is a cool choice. I love Aldrich's tone. I wonder how much different the Suhr SE 100 is over the CAA SE+ I have. For that Plexiglas tone I have the Suhr Scott Henderson amp. I like it a lot for that sound.
