    Correct on just swap the tubes and that is it.

    All the online tube sellers will sell balanced triodes for phase inverters, matched and graded power tubes. You just have to piece together your set if you are replacing all of them. There are also cases for and against needing balanced and matching tubes. But that is true for so many things in the music industry. If you are happy with your tone for the money you spent then things are good.
