Been looking for a second practice amp with a small footprint that I can take with me when I travel and set up to play at the kitchen table without having to move things around. Ordered the Blackstar Fly 3, which came yesterday.
So far, I like what I see and hear. It's small but astoundingly loud for its size. Gain, volume, and OD option are pretty much what you'd expect. The crunch is usable, which is nice, though it definitely needs a noise gate pedal to keep in check at louder, gainier settings. The ISF EQ seems to equate "American" with bright and British with "warm". Delay is a nice extra to the usual settings. No onboard reverb, but I can supplement that with pedals. And again, this thing is hilariously small and light. Will be super-easy to pack in a knapsack.
