        I have both a jcm600 head, and a Traynor Blue 50 Combo. I use an SG into both for 90% of the time.

        Never had problems with the Marshall, although I've "heard" of the issues. All I can offer is my own experience, and that's a been good one.

        The Traynor is a real sweet amp too. I like'm both.

        Not sure which I'd pick if I only had to pick one.

          My bad, just relating the issues I've heard...the only reason other then the problems I've heard of with the JTM60 and JCM600 amps is that the ones I did look at all had 6L6 power tubes instead of EL34

            I just bought the Traynor Blue. Should have it early next week and will follow-up with a detailed review!

                Crate V32 Palomino. I think it kicks ass and I own a Bogner Shiva I liked it more than other offerings by Peavey, Fender, Traynor, Marshall and Laney.
