  • Amp Switcher Question....

    Lehle Dual or a Startouch ST-2S ???

I wanna be able to run 2 amps either separately or combined without the added hum of my Morley.

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

I've read good things about both. If that's all you're looking for, either should be fine.

I have an Axess Electronics HS2 Head Switcher.... www.axess-electronics.com It work great! It allows 2 tube heads to be a/b'd into a single cab.... great unit! You just can't use delay effects in the FX loops of the amps with it as the delay carries over to the standby head when you switch.... you also can't switch both on at the same time.... But it does work great.... I use mine to switch from my 5150 head to a Classic 50 head for a clean channel......

Looks like you've been looking in the right place, I believe those two are the best options available for that use.

            Thanks guys!

I know the Lehle is a quality pedal, but I've never heard of Startouch until I started digging.

They're about 1/2 the price.....but are they as good?

            Anyone actually try either???

The Lehle stuff is killer. If you can find an old Kendrck A/B/Y box snatch it up, those were great as well. The Lehle seems to be the standard and it is nice but it costs! I have never heard of the other thing you mentioned.
