Home depot has some paint that glows in the dark or holds a light charge. Spray the whole inside of the faceplate.

Wow, I actually think that looks better than the head... not that the head doesnt look good, just that the diamond-shape that the light in the cab makes is pretty killer looking.

Totally agree. I think the glow on the head is a bit overpowering. The cab glow
is just the right size reflection/dispersion wise. Nice job, looks bad ass.
