My first 5 string. Loving it!

Very impressed with the instrument so far.

If I was going to buy a bass tomorrow, this would be the one. Congrats!

You can get a lot of sounds out of that one pickup.

Indeed! I’m starting to learn a bit where and how to play to get some of them.

I recently bought one of the 4 string maple ones with the roasted maple neck. It trips me out the deep yet punchy tones that come out of those basses from just having one bridge pickup.

Very nice. How are you liking it?

I agree. Coming from guitar it's really surprising how versatile that pickup is.

I loaned my kid my MM style bass, and miss it already. That single pickup placement sounds awesome for everything I try to play on it, and just works.

Definitely a cool looking bass. How's the low B on that?

I like it. The neck is fatter than I'm used to, but it's no big deal. I'm used to playing my Spectors.

Interesting. I thought the neck wasn’t particularly chunky but I’ve never played a Spector. I’ve only heard good things though.

                      Time to call the loan!

It’s my first five string so I don’t really know but I would say the B is present and sounds good but I’d like to have a bit more tension so I may increase to a 135.
