Ok, i have a peavey classic, old, solid state preamp, 2 power tubes. How do i adjust the bias!!!!

That amp might have a fixed bias, meaning they set it where the average tube operates. If not, you'll see a small white trimpot somewhere near the power tube sockets on the inside of the chassis.
