which is weird because i dont like pedals, strictly amp to guitar. i got it basically because i semi lost the urge to play, and it was just starting to come back (see thread in tips/clips for full explaination if u so desire). i decided, what the f*ck, u know? its a new toy to fool around with, and hopefully open some new doors and renew my love and want to play in guitar....and so far it has done just that. i think ive been playing for about 4-5 hours today, which is a lot considering the 0-30 minutes what i was doing the rest of the summer......

That's cool. I use the same basic setup, guitar to amp with just a tuning pedal and a wah (Cry Baby 95Q) and I'm able to do everything I need to.

was it the limited version or the original, i wasnt really a fan of the originaal but i've heard good things about the limited.Gear: Carvin CT6 flame top(alnico 2 pro,JB), Strat scappoled fretboard(59,CC), Morgan monroe ovation knock-off, yamaha nylon acoustic,Boss super overdrive with TS-808 "silver" analogman mod, Boss DS-1 with keeley mod, Vox wah with true bypass mod, Fender Super Reverb 65.

its not one of the limited edition ones....
personally, i love the thing. i can get nice smelly funky sounds out of it, get a nice rythme funk sound, get a nice shaping of notes, and also get some killer rock wah sounds with the distortion on......esp ltd deluxe ec-1000 (amber sunburst)

If you go to http://www.torresengineering.com , they have crybaby mods, including a bypass mod. I think you may have to send the pedal to them though.
I had a GCB 95 that blew. I bought a Crybaby Classic with the fasel inductor. It has the true bypass mod and sounds great, but I'm not happy about the sweep of the pedal.Comment

Heh...I lost interest in the guitar at around age 18 (started at age 10). Took a 3.5 year hiatus and just picked it up again last year. It's really hard to get back into my groove and sit and play for hours at a time, mostly because I just keep playing the same crap over and over again lol.
