The flamed was the most fun, but that blue thing looked awesome as well, buy both

The flames by a long shot. I was so close to buying one of those bodies around Xmass but ended up snatching up my amp heads. Visually the other looks all finesse to me, no attitude. A Tele is a pickup truck kinda guitar, the flames remind me of some old hot rod car you might see. The blue guy seems like caviar and wine to me... I will add that a MIM neck is average at best ( IMO, I don't like the feel). I would upgrade for sure. I think those bodies were going for 379.00 so you could build your own sparkle boy for less than the asking on that auction.

I like the flame but tony only pre drills for a vintage bridge and I prefer modern hardtail, so I had to pass on it.

Both are very nice, kinda pricey and I prefer to hot rod 'em myself...Tonys flaked flames are very nice, so nice I had to copy 'em. Tele's look kool from beaters to high end customs..can't go wrong...I'm getting ready to screw a Bigsby on my green relic today...woo hoo!

That's kinda what I was thinkin. There's so many Teles on Ebay, that you can surf daily till you find a KILLER one, then snatch it up
cheaper than either of these two are going for.
I wouldn't pay $1200 for anything with a Mexican neck on it.

I'm in no hurry to buy, so I'll just keep my eyes peeled till I free up that money I have sunk into that "extra" Bogner.
The day that sells.....new Tele time!

That blue quilted maple finish is to die for

I really like the flames produced by that same builder, but the white pickguard and gold hardware are a bit "off" - just my opinion.
