Just noticed that my les paul frets have this greenish tinge to them...do frets get green or would there just be some weird light reflecting around in my room....hahaha i probably just asked the stupidest question and havent even taken it out of the light to see if they look normal somewhere else

I found a guitar in a basement once (to cut a long story short ); the frets had a green tinge to them. My guitar tech told me it was mold or fungus which had been thriving in the damp basement; he treated it with some anti mold stuff and cleaned it up, and now it's perfect!2002 PRS Singlecut, Duncan Custom / '59
