IMO, Peavey Classic 50 4-10" has a much better OD sound whilst the Fender Deville 4-10" has a little bit nicer clean.
I guess it depends which is more important to you.
Also if price is an issue, the Peavey is less expensive.

If there's one thing Fender CAN'T do, that's distortion. If you want good decent cleans as well as distortion, get the Peavey. If you want good cleans the most, get the Fender and a boss DS-1 pedal, those sound nice throough the clean channel.Mike Lipe Virtuoso #009
