    my buddy have me his guitar to fix up, i have to fix the neck, but the truss rod adjustment hex socket is seriously stripped... anyone know a way to fix a stripped hex hole?

    What type of guitar is it, and can you describe the rod adjustment nut a bit more clearly? If it's a Gibson style truss rod with a hex nut on it, just replace the nut. If it has a wheel adjustment that adjusts above the neck pickup, replace that part.

      it's a jackson i think... it doesnt have the logo but looks like a bolt on dinky kinda guitar. the hex socket is female, and it rests under a truss rod cover on the headstock, right underneath the nut.
