Has anyone here ever played one of these? I havent and I just wonder if they are as good as they are supposed to be. It's got one heck of a nice quilt top on it.

i have played one before.
easily one of the best playing/ sounding guitars i've ever played. i played a PRS afterwards, and no comparison. they're was one problem........ rio grande pickups. i just dont like em, could use duncans

If I saw that at a Guitar Center there is no way i'd touch it. Id be way to scared

Very pretty, but weighed about 15 pounds. And it sounded like it- the body was so dense it barely vibrated. Seemed to me more like something to look at than to use as a tool.Administrator of the SDUGFComment

SKc - get it you will not be disappointed they are truly beautiful guitars and DTM guitars are one of the few that appreciate in value. Go for it!!Comment

I think they are great guitars. the set-thru neck is a trip . but seems to really work.
I played a gold-top single cut and it was butter.
