What I've been looking for is a classic sound, something that can mock say Led Zeppelin, and with a bluesy Hendrix tone. What I found was this. http://www.musiciansfriend.com/srs7/...se_pid/480723/ The Fender Frontman 212R Combo, it looks super sexy and cranks from what I hear, not to mention two different inputs. It costs 300$ on guitarvision. Also I've been looking at the Line6 Spider II Combo,http://www.musiciansfriend.com/srs7/...se_pid/482244/ ----which has 50 watts, half the watts of the fender, but built in digital effects. Though I think it puts out more of a punkish/metal tone which I don't want. What do you guys think? Both are $300, please feel free to recommend me something else you think would suit my needs

well, ive heard nothing but good things about those line 6 spider II amps. they have 12 amp models, so its going to be very versitile, not to mention about half of those models are supposed to be classic sounding amps that should be able to give you plenty of henrix and zeppelin. go to line6.com and listen to the soundclips. hope this helps.
