Because one sells 12 million records per year on average, and the other sells 19. Actually, the white flying V IS Michael Schenker's signature guitar.....it just doesn't have his name on it. Kinda like the Angus SG....they'll all an Angus signature guitar!

gibson did produced black and white vees for a while.....i saw one on ebay with a kahler trem sold for $600

I'd have to say that between Dean and Gibson, the Dean is the better V. I think it looks sweet. My guess on price is $3000 list, about $1700 street....but just a guess.
