i am using my replifex through the effects loop of my tsl601 marshall combo which is, according to marshall, a parallel loop. If i am not wrong i should be setting on the replifex the direct signal OUT when using it with parallel loops right? What i noticed is that when the direct signal is set OUT then i have a volume drop between my "effected" sounds and the bypass mode(the bypass mode is louder). What i cannot understand is why this thing does not hapen if i set the replifex to direct signal IN. In this case there is no volume drop between the effected and the bypass mode although the effects can not be heard very well when the direct signal is IN. Why all this happens? Any explanation? Should i keep running the replifex with the direct signal OUT on the parallel loop of my marshall?
