  • How awesome is this???

I was browsing the Hughes & Kettner webpage and decided I'd contact them about my experiences with the Triamp and some of the things I'd love to see them do (a 30-40w combo with pentode/triode switch was one).

This was a response I got, from the head national sales manager nonetheless

    "Hi Chris,

I can say that I absolutley agree with you 100% personally. Please stay tuned for lower wattage tube amps from Hughes & Kettner. We are always researching and developing new ideas so do not be surprised to see your wishes come true from us. Stay tuned.

    Best Regards,

    Dennis Shepherd

WOW! Now that's a response. I truly hope that this will happen in the future because I LOVED my old Triamp before I sold it. I regret selling it, but it was just too loud and impractical. I have a feeling I'll be buying a Hughes & Kettner in the future

    That rocks!

I guess it's time to look at H&K again. (And not just for guns)
    Ain't nothin' but a G thang, baby.

The first decent amp I ever played through was a little H&K SS combo. It wasn't much, but it completely blew away my crappy Squier 15w combo.
