Average out the lines
Has anybody else tried to taking all their major influences musically and try to find the middle and see if its a useable tone?
For example
First favorite guitar player uses Guitar X, pup X in the neck and amp X on clean..
Second favorite guitarist uses Guitar X, pup X in the bridge and amp X dirty or lead...
Although names and setting may not be important to some, I would hope some of you could share these theories and or combinations. At least for a way to others to see and hear new possibilities..
