Not a Kramer, wrong control cavity shape.
That control cavity looks Charvel, but the little **** where you screw the cover on look more like KNE Guitars to me, but... they didn't use ink stamps in the neck pocket...

Love their first two albums, but aside from that I can't stand them.
I'm betting this is an aftermarket body of some sort, and if not it's definitely 1987-up because of the recessed trem. Pretty sure that 'relic' job was done with a belt sander; the wear just looks fake. Regarding the rings, Pro-Mods starting using pickup rings when production moved from Japan to Mexico.
