  • One day build! Flying v Double Wing. PUB DOOR!

Okay no its never going to be one day but i did get a lot done on this today. I decided i would play around with another concept so i jointed out the ledges for the wings to glue in and i also have some plans to merge the wings into the center section with some fancy routing work. First time using gorilla glue and i'm quite impressed as i glued it together in the morning and starting working with it by lunch time .

Wood came from the old town pub door . Smashed it up real good!
    Prep

    Starting trimming.

I photo shopped this in but that's the sort of idea i had in mind for the routing.

I think the dust has given me sinus pain above my eye. Ha legit Pete

I was wondering what it was hey i know its a soft wood but i wasn't sure. I have a really nice bit of white cedar here but it's a lot more wavy.
