  • Gibson with printed circuit board... Need some advice

How do I bypass the tone pots on a gibson PCB for louder signal, without completely ripping them off of the board?

Leave them on the board, pull the whole board out and replace with analog pots/caps

Removing tone pots never gave me louder signal. It only gave me more treble and bite to work with.

That isn't a good mod for a louder signal, and you lose the use of your tone pots. I'd go for a Pickup Booster instead.
