Hey guys,
I just got a Jap. Tele with stock PUPS in it
and I am having a lot of whistiling/ howling happening any time I attempt to play with any gain. 
I am playing thru a '69 Super reverb, using a Boss Super OD(or a TS9). As soon as I kick in the OD it tends to scream. I am also using a Marshall 900.... same thing, none of my other guitars do this. I am considering changing the PUPs, and am more of a Blues rock type of player. What PUPS would you consider in this type of guitar. I like the way it sounds, and plays, but can't deal with it screaming like it does.. Thanks for your input!!
