For my taste the best I have found is TC Electronics. Very warm and transparent.

Ibanez also makes some pretty good ones, Maxon used to make pedals for Ibanez so theirs are also worth looking at.
If you can dig up an old MXR or an old Guyatone you're also got a good old analouge chorus, a little modding will make those very useful.
