  • Oops, I did it again

I was browsing online and … yep… another Les Paul. A great deal on a very clean 2010 studio worn with HSC

I bought with the intention on going with a 70s look … double cream pups, cream plastics, etc… but the Burstbuckers in this thing just sing!!!

I’m gonna have to A/B this against the Ocean Burst Classic. This one might play better….

Nothing wrong with having more than one Les Paul.

Nice LP studio. My buddy's studio plays like a beast

I love the satin finished woodgrain LPs. That's a cool guitar, right there.

Those are cool. Nice score. I was looking at those when I got mine. I have a 2006 satin LP Studio w/Burstbucker Pros I bought for $600 to test pickups (it had a circuit board so I can easily take everything out, install what I want, then put it all back to sell it). I think I play it more than any other guitar these days. Like the natural wood grain on your, though.

Beautiful. Which neck do you prefer? The Classic or the Studio?

I haven’t compared yet. Work has been crazy but will try to play a bit more tonight.

Just needs P90s and you would have the Bob Marley guitar.

Ha! And I think the Epi version had the rasta colors on the fretboard.

I've never liked that. Don't understand why they didn't make the 'Bob Marley' guitar look like the guitar that Bob Marley played.

Digging this Studio! I think a +1 for this over the Classic is the fact that this Les Paul weighs 7.5 pounds. The Classic is closer to 10.
