Put in a PATB set and am much happier. Too bright for the blackouts, even with the 36mm brass block.

PATB2 with A8 wired in series/parallel.
Full blast when you want, but still enough oomph in parallel like a PAF.

BTW, even on full blast, the PATB2 is not near as hot as its specs and forum here say leads you to believe.

I have 3 Distortions so I’m gonna experiment with A2, RCA5 & UOA5 with one and probably make a C/DD hybrid with another, unless I sell one of the Mayhem sets.

I’d like to try some different mags in the DDn’s too.

Haha trying to decide which neck to put on it. A maple/maple banana I already have or order a maple/rosewood strat head.





Best part of the Vox is it’s 25 1/8” scale, my new favorite!
