Nice as is, but I'd be tempted to hit it with some sticker sauce!,, not that I don't have a thing for plainer guitars too.

[QUOTE=Little Pigbacon;n6170789]Very nice, but would it kill them to make it in white?[/QUOTE

I wish it came in white with an ebony board. But I do love Pewter Grey on maple.

I played two of these in a store when they first came out and both were over 8lbs. All that maple.

Been waiting close to 6 months for the Kramer cases and still not in stock anywhere, so I got a Gator Deluxe for it that was on sale. I got one and it's a perfect fit for the Baretta guitars.

That is a sweet axe. I played one at a store when they first came out...played like butter. They were'nt officially being imported by a local importer/dealer though so the price was ridiculous compared to the official Kramer price . Had to pass..

                Congrats and enjoy!

It needs one of those new 78 pickups.

Love the guitar and love the color. But it needs one of those "Nighthawk" slanted pickups.

Designed to deliver classic P.A.F. tone with modern construction, the ’59 (SH-1) vintage output humbucker pickup’s open, detailed sound and sweet top end make it the perfect choice for rock and blues.

I would be very interested to hear your opinion. I have been considering the red and the snakeskin models for some time.

I find it interesting that they went with maple for the body on these. There's only a couple hundred of maple bodied Barettas from the 80's. The vast majority are alder or poplar. Nevertheless, these are nice looking guitars. I hadn't had a chance to play one but am curious how it stacks up to my '88. I wasn't impressed with the reissue Pacers.

Cool guitar, I would love to own one of those myself. I'm also a fan of Gator cases they make great cases at a great price. Anyways, hope it turns out great for ya.

These seem to be modelled after the 85 models, which is around the time maple was most prevalent. George Lynch famously had a maple Baretta (albeit with a rosewood fretboard). He claims to have hated it today, but it is strange how so many of his signature guitars thereafter used maple bodies and very Krameriniscent banana headstocks.
