    What should I do?

JBJR / Cool rails, Hot rails

    JB / Vintage

JB / vintage / cool rails

    JB / JBJR / vintage.

Or what combo can you think of

3 Hot Rails, 3 Cool Rails, HR/VR/CR. I love all of those.

I'm trying to stick with what I have. As far as rails go, I have one hot and one cool.

Ah. I missed that. You could always try Hot R bridge Cool R neck and then try whatever else you have in the middle. Fortunately, Strats are one of the easier guitars to swap pups.

This is a pretty good one. I'd be interested to try out Full Sized JB/Cool Rails/JB Jr. as well.

JB jr./ duckbucker / vintage rails. You'll be the sultan of swing as you go for a soda.

Of the options you listed, I'd try:

JBJR / Cool rails / Hot rails

Or swap the JBJR for the full size JB.

I'd go JB jr/Vintage/Cool Rails. You'd get a big swath of different sounds available. It also mimics a JB/Jazz setup.

                      HR bridge
                      VR middle
                      CR neck

I'm not a fan of the JB Jr, so that's my reasoning.

I do want to buy another pickup or 2 and pots for a new pick guard so I can switch between the two.

                            This was my first idea.

My second thought was HSH then HH then HHS
