Why does it say "direct-mount tb-6" and I'm plainly seeing a pickup-ring/bezel?

Stuff like that turns me off right away. I like the guitar though, but I would re-check the specs with Jackson's own website.

I love everything about that except the middle pickup.

I'm with you on that. Middle pickups just get in my way and I always end-up disconnecting them and lowering as far as possible.

Saw that guitar yesterday, made me go hmm....

Might be a piece of lexan painted silver on the back to make a mirror. Possibly clean it with... glass cleaner?

Specs are spot-on, but the mirror finish is just one step closer to a bad habit. Custom shop options also include:
- faux 9v battery compartment for candy
- gold straw tucked in the truss rod hole

I showed that guitar to the band last night. One of the guys said, "If they released those mirror guitars in the 80's 99% of them would be covered in "booger sugar" within a week of leaving the factory."
