  • Ibanez IC200

I'm thinking of buying an Ibanez Iceman200 (http://www.music123.com/Ibanez-Iceman-200-i106709.music) So I was wondering if anyone had any experience with it. How's the sound of it? How is it compared to Epiphone 1958 Flying V? Becouse I was considering that one to.

    Thanks in advance

    Re: Ibanez IC200

    hello Dustef

the IC200 is a deserving competitor to the Epi V you mentioned. however, the IC200 is a bolt-on make, the current IC400 sports a set-neck & that's a sustain inducing feature we all know too well (i'd personally go for the 400). please do not have high hopes on those default ibanez humbuckers, thay are better off swapped immediately. if you want a guitar that plays well sitting down as well as strapped on, the Iceman is a better consideration.

more importantly, try both & then decide. good luck...
