  • Lovepedal Church of Tone 50?

Has anyone heard/played one of these? They sound pretty damn awesome on the site.

If it's like the reviewers say, I think this pedal is just what I am looking for.

    Thanks,
    Chris

the fact that it is point to point wired means it prolly is etremely simple, like a transistor.

well, it does have 4-6 week waiting period, they would not have that if they could put em together so easily........although it cant be too complicated anyways, only 1 knob also.....hmmm...

Killer tone, I love it. That nails exactly the kind of tone I love ( I have it already, but I love it). Transparent, articulate, and very responsive. Great how with just one knob you can nail so many different flavors of drive from it. That pedal should kick for anyone who wants to use pedals to spice up their tube amps, like a Fender Twin or Deluxe Reverb or something

              Chris

Thanks for that review...thats exactly what I wanted to hear. I'm going to be getting a Fender Blues Junior for better portability and thought this pedal would go good with it.

Can you get good Cream/Hendrix/Zep tones out of it?

              Thanks,
              Chris

Zepfan, sorry to mislead you, I don't own it. I was commenting on the sound clips. Love the tone and it's amazing just how many classic tones you can get with it. I think it should work great with the Blues Jr. to be honest. Fender tube amps seem to like pedals IMHO (I have a '70 Vibrolux Reverb). For that price, you can't beat it either.

Let us know how it goes

Hey man its no problem. I think it will be just what I wanted. Kinda pisses me off tho that a few days ago the price was like $169 or $179 (cant remember) but now its $209! The waiting period was also shorter. I might wait awhile and see if the price goes down.
