  • What tubes should I put in my amp?

My amp is a Laney VH100R. It uses 4 power amp tubes and 6 preamp tubes. I play metal but I want something that can be versatile enough for any style (mainly just Jazz and Fusion.)

Here's a tip: Look up www.Revolutionguitar.com That's where I buy all my tubes, and Todd is great to do business with. ( Hey Gearjoneser, am I Right??? lol ). Todd can fill you in on the different tube options for that amp. Plus...there are lots of folks on here that are knowledgable about tubes, so I'm sure you'll get plenty of help. For my $$$, I buy Svetlana " Winged C " Power Tubes, and JJ pre-amp Tubes, all from Revolution guitar. ...
