My guitar tech that's revamping my amp head had an offer for me today. He just removed 4 brand new 6L6 tubes from a brand new Mesa Duel Recto (thats never been played) for a set of EL34's. And now is offering me the 6L6's for my Randall for $75. I was gonna get new Groove 6L6's for my rig for about $139. My tech tells me the mesa's come from the same factory as the Groove tubes I was gonna buy. Is this a good deal or what?
