Well I have recently discovered this thing and is it something you should buy? Does it help your picking technique? It`s not for actual use I guess?

A fad from the eighties.......never caught on much either.
At best it is an annoying tool. -
It helped, but it sucked for chords. Its only 10 bucks for 4 picks and a book so I would get it. I stabilized my picking hand and I no longer picked from my elbow.bones_brig: im too short in the pants to be a pornstar.

it works like a charm for alternate picking. teaches you how to get speed, and then some.
