lol

man it sucks cause i play a lot of types of music
and i used to be in a metal band so i was ganna buy a jackson kelly cause im always ganna like metal and its a good guitar
but now im in a punk band and if i buy the kelly it will be unusable for that band ...
and ive always liked how jaguars sounded with humbuckers and that would suit the band im in now real well

but i dont know what to choose cause im the type of person who wants to be in every type of band imaginable

speed metal
death metal
punk
'power punk' (its a cool craze down here...its punk with double bass and heavy bass riffs)
emo
etc....

i envy those ppl that are like ...metal for life f*ck everything else
cause then i woudl know what to dedicate myself too
but i guess being open minded to all types of music has its downside

duh...

how else can we justify buying tons of guitars!!! LOL!!!

i gotta have this for that sound, and that for this sound, and on and on and on...it's a vicious cycle ain't it...!?

ive come up with a couple ideas
..
buy the kelly and put my JB in the gibby for a punker sound
or buy the jag and buy emgs for my gibby
im leaning toward the kelly
cause the jag is cool and all but its ganna take alot of mods to make me happy
and all those switches get me confused
so ill probably buy the kelly put the jb in the gibson and buy some sd's for the kelly

...now that ive said that im ganna review it and problaby change my mind 8 more times before i decide on what i really want

A S/S/H Strat with a versatile amp (i'm thinkin Marshall) should be able to do a reasonably good blend of all those styles...There's no way to get EVERY POSSIBLE TONE out of a few instruments but as long as you're coming close, I don't see what the issue is...
