    I'll be following this with interest - need to do the same thing myself now I'm back from the US; will probably need some advice now I can string it all together.

          Cool Stevie! My one and only tip is that as your board is like my Keeley which is just angled but flat, I made some spacer blocks and stuck Velcro top and bottom to raise the front end of the second tier. Makes using the pedals at the back a lot easier.
