Haven't had much time with this yet, but so far I'm blown away by this pedal. It is the best low to mid gain overdrive I've ever used. The Blue Note is very organic and transparent. I find it to be versatile/tweak able and works well with both my blackstar and deluxe reverb. Definitely impressed.

Don't really have any good recording gear, but I could take some from my cell phone. Fair warning, I'm not that good lol.

I have one of these as well and I can confirm - it's a beast. Rockett makes some really cool stuff. My Blue Note nails the low to mid gain thing really well and is a great boost/OD pedal if you happen to already like the way your amp sounds. It's also built like a tank and relatively heavy..in a good way. I feel like a tank could run it over and it'd survive it.

I've been running a Blue Note for a little over a year now. It's pretty much become a pedal that is on nearly all of the time for me (along with the reverb on my Strymon Flint). The Fat control seems to fold in more low mids to me. It's interesting since I tend to run the tone control around the 1 or 2 o'clock position to bring in some brightness, but then run the fat control around 10 or 11 o'clock to beef up the lows a little. That's just how it seems to work best for my rig.
