  • SD Lava Box?

There's one available in my neighborhood for really cheap. Should I get it? It's been disco'd which is not a good sign but Andy made it sound great, but then. . .he makes everything sound great.

Someone told me it sounds a little thin and too treble in reality, but I don't know.

Have you played through one? Did you like it?

when I played it I thought, "jeez, for the price, why not?" but then I still didn't buy it... so whatever that tells you.

it's a cool distortion pedal and it's full of good tones. it's not the best distortion pedal and i don't know anybody who uses it as their only source of drive, but it wouldn't hurt to have it around. if spending the money won't kill you, try it out and resell it if you don't like it. no big deal.

I have one. (A forum bro gifted me one Thanks bro. ) . It does not sound thin or too trebley. I dont know who told you that. That rumble knob works well, and I rarely have used the knob beyond 4. If it is not too much go ahead and get it. If you dont like it you can always sell it off. Oh yes and I like it a lot.

That's good to hear Jocelyn! What amp and guitar do you use it with, may I ask. Also, do you ever stack it with other pedals?
