    Re: New Pedalboard Preview

I love the Sunface. Mine is battery power only, but I have the battery kill switch option so I don't mind. It's one of my all time favorite fuzzes.

Anyway, I've got a little teaser of what I've been working on over the last week:

    Custom neck-thru strat
    1989 MIJ 1962 RI Strat
    1995 PRS CE24
    D'avanzo #8
    Breedlove Solo Concert
    1996 USA Dean Baby Z
    1991 40th Anniversary Les Paul
1968 Fender Bassman, Egnater SW45, Mesa Mark IIB Coliseum, Mesa ElectraDyne 1x12 Combo, Avatar 4x12, Mesa half back 4x12 Earcandy 2x12
Roland RE-201 Space Echo, 70's Fender Reverb Unit

If that's the case, might I suggest using one of these so that you don't have to buy batteries all the time? If you like the dying battery sound, you could hook it up to one of the sag outputs on the Voodoo Lab.

Overall, great looking board. So clean looking. How do you like the Timeline?

I don't mind buying batteries for it. It sounds best with fifty cent batteries, so I just stock up and I'm set for years.

Thanks for the compliment, man. I can't wait to see this thing all finished.

Ah, the old dollar store batteries.

I myself hate buying them. When I was using pedals I had a EH Small Clone and it only took batteries so I got one of the One Spot things.

As for paint, I feel like silver on the fronts with black on the edges would look classy as hell.

            I'm aroused.

I didn't do much yesterday (I spent most of the evening breaking in my new gaming PC) but I did route the board for my wah pedal. Now I don't need a wah plate and I can quickly switch between my two main wah pedals.

It wasn't perfect, but that's what wood filler is for.

Is that a custom tread on that wah? It looks funky.

Yeah, it's a custom tread. I got it from Joe Gagan, the same guy that made the guts for this wah.

I just found or that I actually installed the tread wrong. Here's how is supposed to look:

                          Re: New Pedalboard Preview

                          Long overdue update!

I finally finished the color on the main board today. It needs a clear coat but that won't take long. All I need now is to get some feet for the board and everything will be good. I do need to make the reverb footswitch but that won't be until later. Unfortunately, my front facing camera isn't working. So this will have to do.

I'm just waiting on an iec inlet to arrive (I lost the first one somehow...) but I think I have enough to finally start wiring this up.

                                Question on your tonal "philosophy"...

You use analog boxes for fuzz/distortion/gain/etc. You use digital boxes for delay and modulation except for the Vibe Machine. So, is the Möbius' Uni-Vibe that bad or is the Vibe Machine that good?
                                Oh no.....

                                Oh Yeah!
