Congrats!!!! AWESOME! Ive even forgotten about those.. now you got me wanting one.. They expensive?Believe me when I say that some of the most amazing music in history was made on equipment that's not as good as what you own right now.

Yes, they're pretty damn expensive.
This one has a new tape installed, but no extras. I need to get some.

At the moment? I don't think any. In general, I know you need to keep the recording heads clean and keep good tape in the unit. Beyond that, I'm not sure. I don't know much about real tape units - like I said, it was an impulse buy.
I was actually going to spend around two grand on a Les Paul of some sort, but this seemed a more sensible purchase in most every way.

That is beyond fantastic. Congrats.
I think Tony Krank does replacement tapes for the space echo along with the EP.I'm an internet person. All we do is waste time evaluating things that have next-to-zero real world significance.
