What is the effect used on Black by Pearl Jam (PinkPop Festival 1992) on crunch clean lead guitar at 2:50?

    Rotovibe or Wah?

I'll let you decide if he had a Univibe or RotoVibe on the board at that point. However, what I hear is the Vibe (or Phase 90) on for the entire section, then adding the wah for the lead line.
    Oh no.....

    Oh Yeah!
