Is one or more of your "hot" tabs on the jacks touching the box? Looks like there might be a short there, especially the one on the right in the photo. Also, your soldering isn't great. There might be a cold joint that looks connected but isn't. Again, I suspect the jack on the right.
What are symptoms? No sound at all? Sound sometimes? Not bypassing correctly?Tra-la-laa, lala-la-laa!

A meter would be your friend in this situation. Are you sure that switch doesn't need to be rotated 90 deg's? In other words, are you using the proper "common" terminals?The Artie formerly known as ArtieToo.
