Two Different Outputs For Two Different Loops

I have two questions.

1) Some Pedals have Stereo Outputs. (Left Output and Right Output) Can I use Left Output for Loop 1 and Right Output for Loop 2 on a Looper/Switcher pedal?

2) Some Pedals have two Outputs. For example MXR Kerry King Signature EQ. Can I use Output 1 for Loop 1 and Output 2 for Loop 2 on a Looper/Switcher pedal?
