  • Please educate me on summing

I split my signal in two, do fancy stuff and want to sum it back in the end.

    What are the best options?

Is passive summing with something like this always bad?

(FTR I did search online but the answers were about audio mixing, not specific to pedalboards)

Very rarely will you see this on pedal-boards. What exactly are you trying to do and why can't you do it in a normal parallel/ series loop type of environment?

        Thanks for your reply.

I split the signal after OD and comp to run delay and Reverb in parallel. All in front of the amp. Open to any solution but would appreciate small

I'd use a normal ABY pedal first and see if that has any problems.

Thanks, that's what I used to do and it worked out ok. I'm also considering getting an LS2 or something like this Behringer MicroMIX MX400 Low-Noise 4-channel Line Mixer, Black https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000KGYAYQ..._cj-PybDHHGKZ4
