After nearly 2 weeks from the day it cleared customs, it's here.

Boss SD-2 Dual Overdrive.

I had one in my late teens and loved it. They seem quite rare and have been discontinued long ago.

Now... Sounds great pushing an already Dirty amp. Into a clean amp, the crunch setting sounds like a pissed off mosquito... Lead mode sounds like swarm of angry bees. I musta been on crack to enjoy this thing through a so,I'd state Peavey.

I have found that while it's not a great pedal for a clean amp, it's a great stacker. So many other dirt boxes to try it.. So little time.

Always used mine with an old CS-2 comp.
I used into a clean amp though.
Had no troubles.

Experimented with stacking it into other pedals today. Either mode works well as a lead boost.

Crunch mode stacked really well with a Klone in front. Is it just me, or does a good Klone just make everything sound better?
