  • EHX Pedal Power Requirements

I noticed that many EHX pedals have a voltage requirement of 9.5 V, 9.6 V, etc.
Will a standard isolated power supply like my Walrus Audio Aetos, which has a bunch of 9 V outlets, be able
to run a pedal like EHX Platform which has a power requirement of 9.6 V DC?

I would guess so, but I'd check with EH to be sure.

The other guitarist in my band has a Memory Man Hazarai, Super Pulsar, Lester K, and POG2 on his board (among others) and he powers them off ISO5 bricks from Voodoo Lab and they work fine.

I use a Micro POG off a Voodoo Lab PP2+. No issues.

When it comes to powering stomps with a power brick, always check each stomp for the mA requirements, not just the voltage.

          And the polarity as well.
